The place is newly renovated, the rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet is ok for grabbing a quick bite before checking out.
View on GoogleI stayed here for 1 night. I had friends come to my room at night. I received a call from front desk saying that visitors were not allowed. I was not aware of this. We ended up leaving because front desk kept calling the room for them to leave. In the morning I wanted to extended 1 more night. I was told there was 1 room left. On the site I was booking it said there were multiple rooms left. As I was booking the extra night, I was told the room was no longer available and there were no rooms left. It was coming up as no availability on multiple websites for the hotel. I felt that they didn't want me to stay another night. I then checked out. After about 30 mins of being gone, I was curious if they were discriminating against me. Sure enough, I check the site and there were then multiple rooms available again. I wasn't noisey or loud when I had friends there. The people in the room beside me were louder since I could hear them through the wall. Or the people outside that kept leaving their room were louder than me as well. I really wasn't aware of their no visitors policy. Unless you want to be discriminated against make sure to follow their policies that they don't even tell you about.
View on GoogleDiamond! Our room was fresh & clean. AC was great. Office staff were helpful Outdoor Pool was great. Great location from the falls. Bus passes close to motel. Complementary Continental breakfast was great: Waffles, toast, muffins, cereals, yogurt, fruit, beverages.
View on GoogleThe rooms are clean and the beds very comfortable, equipped with a fridge and microwave. Free breakfast from 7 to 10 I believe, I can not comment on that as we did not use it. The is no hairdryer in the room but they can provide one if you call the main office. There is a small swimming pool. Beware parking is charged separately if you need parking. For the price this hotel is a good option to stay for a couple of nights.
View on GoogleWhen we got there, the receptionist was not even putting a smile on, which she should have, but we let it slide. The rooms are pretty nice, beds are comfortable, but we never even got our room service, we had to make our beds and organize everything ourselves because no one came. There was a TV, but the remote was missing, and we called to get it, and they told us that if we needed it, we had to get it ourselves, which I find absurd, because we are paying for a service and are not getting any advantage out of it. Also, the sink was clogged, and we couldn’t even wash our hands a lot because it would’ve been a total mess to add more water to the clogged sink (the last day of our stay we couldn’t use the sink at all because it was so clogged). There was also a fridge which was good only if u wanted something not to go bad outside the fridge, because it wasn’t as good as a normal fridge, I put some sodas in, and they barely even got cold, they also had a microwave which we did not use. They charge extra 15$ for parking too. I was sitting outside of the room to take some fresh air, and I saw a giant rat, which made me wonder if the place is even hygienic. Breakfast is not even that good, just took some waffles and yogurt, since there were limited options. I would probably not come back, since the only good thing about it is the location, but there are many better options for same, or even better price.
