My family members have had consistently negative experiences at Falls Lodge & Suites on 6000 Stanley Street. During a previous stay, their car was broken into and the receptionist offered no assistance, eventually ignoring my calls altogether. On their most recent visit, the same staff member claimed there were no rooms available for the weekend. To verify this, they checked Bookings.com, which showed multiple rooms available, and they also called anonymously—only then were they told that “many rooms” were open. It was clear they lied to them because of the earlier incident. On top of that, the parking lot is poorly maintained, with snow left uncleared and difficult to navigate. Overall, the lack of honesty, professionalism, and basic care made both experiences extremely disappointing.

We booked the Hot tub suite here in January. It is off season so the place was pretty quiet. The room was extremely large, hasn't been updated in a while though. The hot tub was great except the lights inside it didnt work and the fan above didnt work either. The floor was dirty when we got there. The beds very comfortable. Its definitely not a luxury hotel, but it was an enjoyable stay. I booked it for the hot tub, and I would probably stay again.

Falls Lodge and Suites is a decent option with a very convenient location. The rooms are basic but comfortable, with a good king-size bed. It was nice to have amenities like a microwave, refrigerator, and hair dryer in the room, and the heating worked well, which made the stay comfortable. Breakfast was okay - they offered waffles, fruits, yogurt, bread, muffins, coffee, and juice. However, the breakfast area is a bit cramped, and breakfast is only available from 7-9 AM, which feels a little limited. One odd experience was that they didn’t accept a health card as ID, which was surprising since most hotels in Canada do accept it. Aside from that, the stay was pleasant overall, and the location makes it a good choice for a short visit.

Overall, a good and budget-friendly place to stay. The rooms and beds were clean, and the heating worked well. Breakfast was acceptable, with bread, waffles, muffins, fruits, and coffee (no eggs). They charge a refundable security deposit of $100–150 and $10 for overnight parking. The only downside was the parking area and stairs, which were covered in snow and not cleaned properly. The room also lacked a boot tray or door mat, so melting snow from shoes made the floor messy.

I had a great stay at Fall Lodge & Suites. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bed was spacious and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the location is convenient for visiting Niagara Falls. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
