Avoid this place if you are black (like I am). I booked and paid for my room weeks in advance through Expedia but when I arrived at reception they told me I had to pay for the room AGAIN because they didn't seem to believe that I had a booking (?) and that I should call Expedia to get the money I had already paid back. So, I did, I double paid for the room at reception and called Expedia to explain the situation. The kind Expedia representative I talked to apologized (even though Expedia had zero fault in the situation) and called the hotel reception about the issue. I got my money back from the hotel a few weeks later. I only mention me being black because I've used Expedia in the past to pay for hotels in advance and this has never happened since or before. The hotel was available to book through Expedia so there is no way they couldn't have not just checked their system to confirm that I had a booking. Either they were so incomptent and cheap that they don't have a system to check who booked through Expedia or the reception saw a black person and immediatly assumed they must be trying to scam or de-fraud them. I'll let you decide what is more likely. Edit to fix a mistake in my original review: I got the refund from the hotel, not Expedia, after the Expedia rep called them. Also, this happened in 2022 for more context.

Unfortunately this hotel is too dirty and bad smell (smoky ) with old furniture and bed bugs Be aware before booking and register check the room . Otherwise you will get bed bugs bite that iris too painful and itchy. You have to go to the doctor and pay for prescription as like as me .

Good Stay for a Week! I stayed at OYO Hotel for a week as a solo traveler and had a generally good experience. The location was very convenient, close to local attractions and easy to get around. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities I needed for my stay. The staff was friendly and helpful whenever I had any questions or requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and I appreciated the overall affordability of the stay. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the furniture is a bit outdated, but it was still comfortable. A few updates could improve the experience, but for the price and location, it was a solid choice, and I would consider staying here again.

I recently stayed at this motel and had an excellent experience! The rooms are good and comes with all the essential amenities like A/C, smart TV, fridge, and microwave. There's a huge parking area, and it's pet-friendly, which was a big plus for me. The staff are very nice and friendly, making the stay even more pleasant.Plus, it's open 24 hours open, adding to the convenience. The prices are reasonable, offering great value. Located right on Clifton Hill, it’s close to restaurants and activities and just a 5 min walk to falls. The view of the SkyWheel is fantastic. Highly recommend for a comfortable and affordable stay. Overall, its fantastic.
