My young family and myself had our first appointment today with Candace and Dr.Mitch. I find myself at a rare loss for words to capture just how extraordinary our experience at this dental office was. It was truly life‑changing for me as someone with crippling dental anxiety. We left feeling informed, empowered, and genuinely cared for in a way I never imagined possible. Candace our dental hygienist was so incredibly gentle, compassionate and explained everything so eloquently. Dr. Mitch was also such a warm and calming presence. He answered any and all questions I had (which were a lot, I’m sorry Dr.Mitch), and I never felt rushed or dismissed! All the ladies in the office from the front desk, to the assistants, welcomed us in and made everything so incredibly easy! Trust is everything, and the folks at Falls Family Dental have earned ours! I wish I would have made the switch sooner! Thank you all for your care and kindness!

I’ve been a client at Niagara Falls Dental for years, and I can honestly say Dr. Greg and the team are outstanding. Dr. Greg is professional and attentive, and my hygienist Sharon is exceptional, always thorough, knowledgeable, and takes the time to answer all my questions. Their care and consistency make every visit easy and stressfree. Highly recommend!

I was a patient at this office for many years and trusted the care I was receiving. Until one point when I raised a concern about a specific dental issue and was told that no treatment was necessary. After leaving this practice and seeing a new dentist, problems were identified — the exact issue I had previously flagged. That issue had now progressed and required extensive, expensive treatment. It could have been avoided had my concerns been taken seriously and properly addressed when I first raised them. This was not a minor oversight. The failure to listen, diagnose and treat these issues in a timely manner has resulted in unnecessary pain, stress, and financial burden. Patients depend on their dentist for accurate assessments and proactive care, and in my experience, that standard was not met by Dr Joshua Garcha. I would urge anyone considering him to seek a second opinion if they have ongoing concerns.

As a patient with extreme dental anxiety, I was amazed with the level of comfort I had during my treatment with Dr. Mitch and Nicole. Nicole was with me a few days ago when I mentioned that a blanket made me very comfortable during my past root canal. When I arrived today along with a warm welcome from her, she had a blanket waiting for me. Dr. Mitch provided the treatment with nitrous sedation and ensured I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. This team was absolutely amazing in ensuring my anxiety was at a minimum and really went above and beyond.

I’ve been a patient of this dental clinic for many years. I’ve always been impressed, HOWEVER- this past year I was truly blown away by the level of care provided by Alexis. She was incredibly attentive + caring during an unfortunate visit I had in which I was experiencing extreme pain. Alexis sat and spoke with me while we waited for Dr Josh. She made the entire experience bearable, it felt as though I was speaking to a friend in which helped me forget about my pain, and I’m grateful for her and dr Josh’s kindness. They were great.
