Would give ZERO stars if it was possible. This place is an absolute joke of a "convenience store". Yea sure maybe its convenient in the way of it being the closest to clifton hill, but their prices are ridiculous especially if you are a local and aren't used to being ripped off by your local businesses. Also on top of that, the staff that work there everyday are totally ignorant and rude to their customers. They are condescending and disrespectful for no apparent reason, and if they think that you are a person that is homeless or a drug addict they will kick you out for no reason and then put you on their dumb little "Falls Convenience's Most Wanted" 🤣😂. The one beeotch that works there stalked me when I was across the street at a hotel I stayed at. I was outside having a smoke and she pretended to be a tourist and asked me if I knew where the bus stop was... even though the bus stop sign was literally right in front of her on the other side of the road 😆. I said "Well you work at that store so you should know exactly where the bus stop is, no?" And she started yelling at me saying to stay out of their store even though I never stepped in their store since months before when they told me im not allowed to shop there for no reason.. This place would have been shut down many years ago if they didn't have all them tourists spending more than they should be LOL. Imma start a petition to shut these criminals down 😁😘🫡
View on GoogleFantastic customer service, not a big place so products are limited but they have the main things someone could need.
View on GoogleWhat a nice little convenience store. Went in back in August, before heading back across the border. Very friendly staff, good selection of products, had some last minute gifts for tourists (such as myself) and some parking in the back. Much nicer than most corner convenience stores in NYC. I must add they had quite possibly the greatest potato chips I've ever had (had never seen or tried before) Ruffles Sour Cream N' Bacon. I wish I had bought a second bag, they were 2 for $4.24.
View on GoogleWe came in 10 minutes before they closed, the door was unlocked, and we were in there for no more than three minutes (I can provide any details on date and time so the cameras can be checked). The woman at the counter stared us down the entire time that we were there, creating an utterly hostile environment. As she scanned our products, she audibly gave a deep sigh in annoyance and as we were leaving, a woman approached her kindly, asking for directions as she was lost, and the woman looked at her and said "What do you want" as if the woman was somehow beneath her. I understand that people have long days and are tired, but after reading the other reviews I believe this employee is just rude at her core. Terrible experience.
