Fairview Bowling Lanes

This bowling alley would’ve gotten a five star rating, but unfortunately one team member ruined it for the rest of them. On Sunday, March 1, my grandson had his fifth birthday party at your establishments. There was 15 children and at least 10 adults. You’re one team member although I cannot remember his name. He has long different colored hair. He wore a toque and had classes. He proceeded to be very rude to the adults and especially concerning to the children as the age arranged from 10 all the way to three It was so noticeable that one of your team members. I’m pretty sure his name was Tyler apologize for the other team members action. This is just an FYI for Management. If you have team members that are rude to children, I think you should take a second look at your hiring practices the bowling was great. The other team members hospitality was great my grandson had a great time. I think there should be some disciplinary action for that team member that was rude to children. Sidenote, when my daughter-in-law went to pay, his comments were and I quote” I don’t care if I pissed them off”

We had a good time, and the nachos were tasty and there are ample fries for the price. The seating for 5 people on a lane was kinda tight so that aspect could be better but a good place overall.

Had my sons 4th birthday here with 25 people. The staff were so patient and polite and helpful. 10/10 recommend and the price was perfect ☺️

The staff is very friendly and the lanes are very well kept . I went to a different establishment yesterday because Fairview was busy with leagues and was very disappointed in the experience. Fairview doesn't charge for shoes and you can pay with a credit card and by the game. A much more enjoyable night out overall.

Prices are great. Staff at the desk and in the snack bar are kind and helpful. My kids were at a level 20/10 and they still had lots of patience dealing with them. It's very spacious. We were very happy.
