Trying to contact them once you receive your loan is near to impossible. I’ve had to go down in person a few times because they don’t answer the phone. They are in touch constantly during the loan process and after you sign they disappear. Very poor customer service

The manager of the branch in St. Catharines said they are going to do a “fraud investigation” because we had to miss 1 payment and then someone else told us that was a lie and they would just put us in collections. Sounds pretty sketchy to us, why lie and pull this whole scare tactic on us? Not happy. Fairstone helped us through a hard time, but we don’t appreciate being lied to.

I can not express how great my experience with Fairstone was. Paula was so wonderful, patient with me and kind. I would recommend this loan company to anyone who needs help. Thank you. After getting a second loan, I would like to thank Natalie. She also was kind and patient with me and I could not ask for 2 wonderful, helpful girls. Received great service from femi. I definetly recoomend here for a quick loan. Mine was approved with 5 hrs and disbursed to my account . All thanks to fairstone team on such quick turnaround

So I’m sure some of this isn’t Fairstone’s fault, but whoever they go through to approve the loans… Don’t waste your time here. Seriously. I’ve been back and forth for over a day sending documents and such. Every time I think I sent enough, they need more. I’m literally in tears right now because I was relying on this loan and I feel like I’ve invested so much time ripping my house apart for nothing. It’s incredibly frustrating. They make it seem like it’s quick and easy but I swear, they need more information than anyone I’ve ever encountered regarding a loan. At this point I’m almost concerned that my identity is being stolen or that my banking and credit card accounts are being compromised. I’m very suspicious because of the amount of information they need.
