A Former Customer:- After being a loyal annual customer for many years, I was ‘dumped’ by Bill the owner of Fairhaven, this spring. I had been asked to allow my property clean up to happen in the fall of 2025. I said I preferred to keep it in the spring when I also have my edging done. This spring, when I called to confirm my clean up and edging, I was told I was no longer a customer. It was explained by Lynn (his wife) that Bill only wanted to clean up the leaves in the fall because in the spring they are wet and heavy. I said to ignore the leaves and to please, do the trimming, clipping and the edging as usual. I was emailed a couple of days later by Lynn and told that Bill would no longer service my property. I was shocked and frustrated that it wasn’t explained to me in the fall that I’d be ‘dumped’ in the spring!
