It was really beyond my expectation. I could see FSD team was working immediately and over night to fix the problem because their mail sent to me was evening time in my place that must be midnight in CANADA.. In fact, I was frustrated when I found the received Robot wrist was different model that doesn't fit to my customer's Robot. Their production line had been down for over 2 weeks already by that time. Line manager was getting great stress. And I also worried a lot in mind, because I experienced a few other cases already that such problems happened internationally is very hard to verify what the problem is, whose cause it is, what would be solution, how to deal with additional cost and so on..., Thankfully, FSD team started preparing right one immediately working overnight. And I could get shipping information right the next day. Really surprising. I would like to send their team my sincere thanks and admiration for their effort to fix the problem so fast. I could install the right wrist not too late, and my customer's worry was resolved. Thanks to you and your team's support, the customer could resume normal production with minimum loss and I could keep trust from them.
