F45 Training Niagara Falls

Great gym with great energy. Premade classes make it easy to just get in and out feeling like it was a good use of time. Coaches are kind and prioritize technical correction. My favourite is the Hyrox class on Sundays with Coach Kenny!

This gym is amazing! All of the coaches are incredible and the classes are full of energy. I was with them for a couple of months after a major injury and they were very knowledgeable and accommodating when it came to modifying my workouts. Couldn’t recommend this location more. Going to miss them!

… Joined F45 a few months after they opened in Niagara Falls, what an amazing adventure!!! All the coaches are very inspirational. Wouldn’t of made it this far without them. Big shout out to Kenny and Prince… Without you guys never would’ve lasted this long thanks for always being amazing to all the coaches.!!! Anybidy wants a total work out you cannot beat this, it’s the best total work out around!!

I absolutely love F45, I have been training for almost a year and a half and loving my results. The trainers are, supportive and motivating especially if you attend a class lead by PRINCE he is hands down one of the best trainers, his classes are energetic, fun and he makes it a true joy to work out!! Chico and Kenny are truly great trainers as well as Kacey. As I longstanding member now I highly recommend F45 if you are looking for results and an amazing experience!!

Had the pleasure of dropping into F45 Niagara and I have to say, it’s hands down the best I’ve been to. I’ve visited a number of F45 gyms over the past couple of years, but Niagara takes the cake. It’s the largest and cleanest gym I’ve been to, and the staff couldn’t have been more friendly or welcoming. If you’re on the fence about checking it out, do it, you won’t be disappointed. Huge thanks to the Niagara team for an awesome experience!
