I can’t say enough wonderful things about this optometry clinic. From the moment you walk in, the entire staff makes you feel welcomed and genuinely cared for. Everyone has been incredibly accommodating, kind, and patient Dr Beckers has truly gone above and beyond for my family. On more than one occasion, she has stepped in to help us, even with last-minute needs, and has always done so with compassion and professionalism. We’re so grateful to have found this clinic and highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional service and a team that truly puts patients first!

Absolutely fantastic service! From booking my appointment to walking in the door to a lovely calm atmosphere the overall experience was next level. Optometrist Dr. Beckers was wonderful and explained all procedures and tests perfectly. I would highly recommend this practice 👌

Staff were very patient and kind with me and my children. I chose this place because I’d was close by and the reviews were great. It’s a good place but they should put the price of the exams on the website. It’s insane to charge 179$ for an eye exam. I have benefits I didn’t think I had to worry to much about the price but still got a 100$ bill. They need to put the price where it’s visible. I’m a mom with 2 kids, that’s insane!

Thought this place would be great. Amazing reviews and seemed professional. $179 for an eye exam +99 for retinomap was a bit steep (I have benefits but I'm not being overcharged) When my wife gave my son's name on the phone to the lady she laughed. In an era where kids have unique names and with so many new Canadians you'd think a professional wouldn't laugh at a traditional First Nations name. I'll take my family's business elsewhere.

I'm a new patient here. Staff were great. They were very welcoming and helpful. The quality of the glasses worries me though. Since getting my glasses a month ago. The lenses weren't cut right so I have had issues getting them to stay in properly. Staff tightened them which ended up breaking my nose piece which then fell off. They're under warranty. So I'm hoping to get a replacement pair. They replaced the frames but am having the same issue with these frames. I wouldn't recommend dealing with this company to anyone
