They shouldn’t let people who ARENT doing laundry inside because it makes business look bad and if your not doing laundry then dont make it your hangout spot just to hang out

Clean but expensive, most machines are unusable not sure if they are broken or damaged but unusable. They recently changed there hours from 24 hour service to 6am till 10pm. Not sure why but that's not very convenient anymore. ***UPDATE***** First off if I was the owner writing a reply on your own feed, I would make sure I spell the customer's name correctly. Very tacky I would say. Second you are not the cheapest in Welland and you may have the most machines but yours are mostly broken. So how is that a win????

Absolutely dirty, not maintained at all

Honestly this was my favorite laundry place. I drove from st Catharines to come here because they are open 24/7 and I often only have time in the night. But they recently changed their time to close at 10pm. Still better then other but not what I need. From what I notice they were posting a lot of signs recently of people they don't want in, assume from steal or damaging. So its safe to assume this is why they have the new schedule. Unfortunately their schedule was the only reason I came here so I will likely have to find another place.

Love this place !!! Great ppl and amazing facilities oh and the bird lol I can't get enough of the owners macaw it's gorgeous. Its occasionally there to have a look at ,also gooda very good buisness and has wi fi and a leather couch to relax on with TV while waiting on your laundry .no other places have this available and it's 24/7 !!! Can't beat that
