View on GoogleRead the reviews, had to laugh at the response to any of the negative ones. Call the office or email them? That's part of the issue. Met with Krystel last Thursday for an interview. She stated she had a possible admin job for me, but the owner had been out of town and she needed to speak with him first. Once the interview was done, she sent me an email for the on-boarding process, which I immediately tried to complete on my phone in the parking lot. When reviewing the final document, and it was time to "finish and sign" all of the required WHMIS questions, none of the answers I provided had carried over properly. I immediately called her to let her know that the answers I had chosen were not what was showing on the final document. She explained that it may have been because I had completed it on my phone and not on a laptop. She suggested I try it again on the laptop and if it was still incorrect, to contact her and she'd send just that portion for me to complete and resend. Unfortunately, it didn't correct anything so I called her back and left a voicemail, requesting that she resend it. I then followed up with an email. The next day I still had not heard back from her, neither by phone or email. Hoping for an update on the position, I called twice on Friday with no answer and still no response. Here it is almost a week later and still nothing. The lack of communication from her and this office is truly disappointing. In an economic market such as it is right now, job seekers like myself are eager to work and are more than willing to take whatever we can get. That said, I also understand that many employers are likely not looking right now. But to not communicate or respond at all is just unprofessional. If you can't take the time to reach out to me, it shows a lack of consideration. That in itself should be a warning for potential clients. This is not the first temp agency I've been with, but this particular one I would not recommend to future employers nor job seekers.
