Linda provides the knowledge and service we look for when booking a Cruise/vacation. We've been booking here with Linda since 2016. She goes out of her way to provide a personal touch when assisting with a booking/quote, when scheduling on board dining and activities and when preparing us for departure. We've tried other Travel Agencies and they are never able to reach the bar that Linda has set.

We have booked several trips here and love the experience. Would only book a cruise through a travel agent. Judy is the best.

Gail is our cruise consultant in St Catharines. She is very knowledgeable , professional and friendly. I can call or pop in at anytime and she will review our trip itinerary with us. We appreciate her expertise !

I recently dealt with Linda at the 4th Ave location. I found Linda to not be professional as she shared incorrect information with someone else I was to travel with and caused uneasiness as a result. Not recommended when there are so many other ethical and professional travel agents out there.

My wife and I went in to gather information and book a cruise. We were met by a lady sitting at a desk. She was very friendly, however when we told her we were interested in Carnival cruise, she steered us away from that and towards Celebrity cruise lines. We spoke for about a half hour and left our information with her and she was going to contact us with a quote for a cruise in June (date was flexible if other dates wee cheaper). The next morning I got a generic email from the company as if she put me on a mailing list, which is fine. A few days went by and I did not get any emails from her. I did some research myself and found celebrity wasn't really in my price range. Makes me wonder if this is why she didn't contact me back. Very disappointing since we originally wanted to go with Carnival which it turns out was very much in our price range and we were able to book one with someone else with ease!
