I have been taking classes at Evolve for over a year now. Both Brenda and Susan are amazing instructors. They work with you on modifying the classes if you have any limitations and are the most encouraging people around! They are so attentive to each person in the class and offer suggestions for making your workout more effective. I am so happy I gave them a try!
