Great super friendly service! Easy in easy out! Lots of selection in the store for out in the country (kind of). Mr Patel is super kind and welcoming! I will come back even if I don’t have to go to Jordan!

Convenient location, but the pumps often fail to function properly. Sometimes the screen is off or dead, sometimes the buttons are unresponsive. More than once I have left without pumping any gas because the experience is just too frustrating.

This gas station has something fishy. I went there and pump my truck at the pump#3. I lifted the nozzle and found the number on the pump display grew 5 cents. I held the nozzle and waited for seconds, and the amount went up to 0.10 afterwards. I didn't even put the nozzle in the gas tank yet. The owner may cheat on the gas pump.

Too poor customer services, I went inside and asked to use the washroom, my car was parked on a pump, stopped to refill the gas, though should use the washroom before he asked first fill the gas only then you can use the washroom or you can not? Very poor services and the person don’t know how to talk to customer, very disrespectful.

Today, I have been in Jordan first time. It was almost 4 hrs since I was working outside, around 1:30pm I finished my job. I was starving & looking for washroom at same time. Then I decided to go to Esso & when I entered and asked for washroom then cashier said 'it is only for customers' I requested him and then I also bought french vanilla & cookies. But the Question is:- Is it fair that the way he replied to a worker who visit to beautiful town like Jordan to do his job. I don't mind If he's new employee but If he's not then it doesn't leave a good impression on customers Thanks
