I am absolutely disgusted with the management at this Esso. The staff were friendly, but the manager is rude, condescending and completely unprofessional. There was a piece of metal sticking out of the curb that punctured my tire instantly. Instead of apologizing for a clear safety hazard, the manager tried to blame me and even implied that “people do this for money,” which is insane. His negligence caused unrepairable damage to my tire and I had to get a brand new one. I will be escalating this to corporate. Do NOT give your money to a place run by such filthy management.

Stopped at this Esso station and everything was just as you'd hope—clean, efficient, and straightforward. There was no wait, the gas pumps were working fine, and the area was tidy. It felt safe, with the usual security cameras visible. Nothing out of the ordinary, but sometimes that’s exactly what you want—no surprises, just a smooth, quick stop.

I come to this gas station all the time and it’s always been a great one for us, but I wanted to reach out because I don’t know where else to talk about it but the gas station sign almost feels like it’s gonna blow away on the super windy days and it’s very dangerous if it hits a car. I hope that someone sees this review and is able to fix this.

I stop in here for gas and a coffee every now and again. On and off the Qew for a quick stop. I never have an issues here I took 2 stars away because I notice when I go to pay the person working some times different staff on when I stop did not have very good personality skills. Today the gentleman was on the phone speaking in a different language very loudly when I said hi and went to pay then Disappeared 😂. The Tim hortans staff is always friendly though.
