Amazing service! I came in with an almost new pair of boots and he explained to me the damage and the risk and how it was unlikely to be fixed. I could tell he was trying to come up with solutions so he told me to leave them with him, and if I’m he couldn’t fix them there would be no charge. After trying a few things he got them fixed and only charged about $25, and was done within 2 days!

Used Erroll’s Shoe & Luggage in St. Catharines for a bag repair and shoe stretching. It’s a one-man operation, and the business has been around for a very long time. Communication was clear and straightforward. The work was completed later than expected, but the quality was solid. Pricing felt fair for the bag repair, though a bit high for the shoe stretching. Overall, I’d use them again.

I recently had a Samsonite carry on repaired. It's a long time family owned business. This gentleman is kind and amazing! He repaired it quickly and inexpensively. I will be bringing shoes here next!

I was looking for somewhere to have my zipper repaired on an expensive duffle bag, I looked up place close to me came across this place. I brought my bag in I was greeted by a very kind gentleman who was extremely honest and gave me some options to try first before he himself tried to fix it. I contacted the company I bought the bag from I was outside my warranty and wasn't expecting much. Had the owner of this shop not suggested that, I would have been out of a bag. There needs to be more honest business people out there looking out for not just themselves but there customers. I am very thankful I came across this company and the Honest man behind the counter I will come anytime I need a shoe zipper and anything along those line to be repaired in the future.
