Horrible customer experience!!!

Let me start by saying if I could give zero stars I would… I am a business owner of two businesses that were originally with Reuter & Reilly Insurance I have been with that company for 3 years with no issues They were amalgamated into Erion earlier this year and I was made aware of this at the time of my renewal for my 4th year of business I was then introduced to Jeff Reuter to deal with my renewal My renewal had increased and did not notify me that there would be an increase They do this weird payment plan where you have to prepay a large deposit to “bring down your monthly premiums” and only take payments on 10 months instead of 12 I had asked for an explanation on this and I was then talked down to the whole time with comments like "let me take you back to basics” and “insurance has gone up everywhere I don’t know what to tell you” I asked to be called multiple times and couldn’t get him on the phone I now receive a letter stating “we are no longer a partner with (company my insurance is through)” and “due to the current state of the property & casualty insurance market, we are unable to renew your policy” They have never made a site visit or spoken to me in person I didn’t receive any call from this company, no follow up, just a casual letter in the mail Business and patrons should be warned to deal with this company because when reaching out to an alternative at BIG insurance I’m already noticing how night and day I’m being treated as a customer

I've been a client for years. Kris is so fantastic to work with - she makes recommendations on additional insurance (rental car coverage, sewer pipes) and has saved me so much money over the years.
