The younger man that works in the scale house in the afternoons and sartudays, has behaved very unprofessionally on many occasion that i have used this facility. He is very rude in the way he speaks to customers and is always either watching netflix or playing videogames. I will not be using this facility anymore, as it very much seems to be an unprofessional enviorment.

My friend an i were doing a dump run an had the guy that drives the loader start freaking out on my friend and i we seen a couple bags that looked new sitting off to the side we were gonna grab them but the guy said no so we said ok, then the guys goes off an sais do u have a problem with that an starts freaking out on us vary unprofessional of the driver to be talking to costomers in a vary rude tone future is no longer future it is e360 the owners have changed any review in the past year is valid past that are all for the old future dump not e360

I have used this facility on a daily / weekly basis for the past two or three years. It is my primary Dump location that I use in the Niagara region. On the positive side, the staff are friendly, the in and out times are decent, the price is right, and you can just dump and go nothing needs to be separated. In the needs Improvement category, the single scale is frustrating because the inbound and outbound traffic all gets bottlenecked at the scale, and the dumping area is a disgusting muddy mess. This all being said, it is still my first choice. I really hope they can address these issues. Thank you for your service

Maybe a best kept secret?? Future Waste Recycling is the absolute best place to take your waste! I am a landlord, and house owner in the Niagara Region, and i always have a renovation project on the go. I have spent hours and hours of my life waiting in long line ups at landfill sites, and since i work a full time job as well, I usually can't make it during the week or end up in the long lines on the weekend. My life changed when i found this place! I have never had to wait in line on the weekend and they have AMAZING weekday hours! so i can go after work! They even put a ton of effort into sorting through the waste to recycle as much as they possibly can. They actually care about the environment. The staff is super helpful and friendly!
