Enterprise Truck Rental

My truck was in a bad accident, which required six months of repair time. Sal, Elton, and Kevin were fantastic to deal with and extremely helpful during that time. They supplied me with a vehicle I could tow with, so I was able to keep working for those months (the local rental places don't have that option). At the end, Kevin let me leave the rental truck at the garage where I was picking my vehicle up from; this was also greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Enterprise Truck Rental.

Enterprise Truck Rental far surpasses the competition. I have used U-Haul in the past. This was my first experience with Enterprise Truck Rental. The service far exceeds U-Haul. The price for the rental considering there wasn’t a per KM charge saved me more money than renting from U-Haul. I’ll be using Enterprise Truck Rental from now on. You should also consider them as well.

Honestly and incredible experience from the Lake st St. Catharines Enterprise truck rental. Kevin and Elton really stepped up and helped me navigate what could have been a disaster moving from another province. The trucks are clean and well maintained. Honestly the deal they offered was way better than the competitor and we managed to get everything home safely. I will always use Enterprise for my truck rental. Such an amazing company. Thank you again for looking after me. I can’t say enough about how awesome these two are at looking after their customers and making sure our needs are met. Thank you again.

10/5 if I could especially for Elton! Elton made the difference - when I called with a last min rental not only did he hook me up but he stayed open later for me to arrive. I needed to move my grandma into her retirement home and he was very accommodating to meet my needs. Very professional and safety focused employee. The man deserves a raise or at the very least recognition. If I ever need a van again in the area I would return
