Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I had an accident in January and my car was in for repairs and some follow up repairs in February and needed a rental vehicle. Jacob helped me both times and was amazing. Super friendly, helpful and easy to deal with. I’m so thankful he was the person that was able to help during such a frustrating time. Jacob definitely deserves a BIG raise!! Welland enterprise is ok. The staff is excellent but the choice of vehicles is marginal. I would suggest that all rentals in Ontario be equipped with snow tires whether it is mandated or not. Do better. We are in a climate that can get a lot of snow or freezing rain, either put on snow tires or make sure the tires that are on the vehicle are a good all season. The staff deserve 5 stars! Super friendly and courteous.

I frequently rent vehicles from Enterprise in Welland, Ontario, and the service is consistently outstanding. Every employee there truly goes above and beyond to make the experience easy and stress-free. On my most recent rental, I wasn’t completely happy with the vehicle I was initially given, and without hesitation or pushback, they immediately worked to fix the situation. They got me into a different car that I was happy with quickly and efficiently, no questions asked. The entire process was handled in a timely, professional, and friendly manner. This level of customer service is exactly why I continue to rent from this location. Highly recommend.

Great service every time! My partner and I have worked with Jacob a few times now and he’s always been spectacular, addressing any issues we faced. He’s wonderful!! The ladies at the office are also phenomenal, I didn’t get all their names and wish I did so I could personally shout them out. The 3 I’ve met and spoken to have all been exceptionally kind and knowledgeable!! Whoever the 3 were that worked the evening of December 1st were just awesome! Thank you guys for going above and beyond for your customers.

Rented from here twice during March 2025. My car had some damage due to an accident of someone running a red light. I rented a vehicle to go away for a night so I wouldn't have to use my damaged car for the long drive. I was able to upgrade to a small suv for a good affordable price. The car looked brand new and drove nicely, service was great there, too. Then I rented again when my car was finally going in to get fixed, and they upgraded me to a SUV which was a really good ford escape. We had it for a little over 2 weeks with no problems or hassle. Brought it back a little last minute before they closed since my car was ready. I didn't realize they closed at 5pm when I got there. Despite there being 20 or 30 minutes left, the employees were still very courtesy and polite and even drove me back to my car down the street. I've been using this location from years before as well, and even back then it was amazing service. Many years later to this year, having to use this branch again, the service and vehicles are still top tier.
