I dealt with both the Merritt Street and Ontario Street locations recently while dealing with the aftermath of an accident. My rental was arranged easily and promptly. Staff at both locations were pleasant and professional handling everything promptly and efficiently. An added bonus was the pickup at my home and drop off at the dealership where I picked up my new car. My thanks to both Enterprise locations in St. Catharines.

Amazing experience! Everything was ready in a timely manner, everyone was super delightful and responsive to my requests. They also offered a flexible shuttle service to and from my home, which was so helpful. A special shout out to a gentleman named Yusuf, who did an incredible job helping me get sorted. Honestly, the whole team made this unexpectedly terrible week so much easier, so I highly recommend this location for your rental needs!

The staff at enterprise really did well with my rental. I had an insurance claim from an accident and the mechanics had referred me to them. They contacted me and gave me options of vehicles to choose from at their location. To my surprise, I was able to get a 2026 Mercedes cla 250 in turquoise. And what a ride that was. The service was great and the boys there sure were friendly and super polite on the phone as well as in person. They also dropped me off to my shop when I returned the vehicle as it was down the street from the Merritt location. Thank you for the exceptional service. Especially the warm greeting and all the smiles. Super professional and really was in and out of there in no time to start my day.

I recently needed a car for a weekend trip while mine was being repairs so I booked thru another company only to be told once I got there that they needed a $750 deposit and only accept major credit cards. Thankfully my friend suggested I go to Enterprise instead. They had me set up in no time with a super comfortable car big enough for me to fit in, at the same price, with less than half the deposit cost of the other company, and I was able to use my bank card. 10/10 will not go anywhere else from now on. Super friendly staff, and quick service!

I needed a rental while my vehicle was getting repaired. In my time dealing with Enterprise I had the pleasure of being served by Usif and Dave. They were both super helpful and very pleasant. They provided excellent service. I will highly recommend this location to others. I hope they get recognized for their professionalism and service. Thanks
