These guys were super wonderful! They came and picked me up after my car was towed to a repair shop after an accident (not my fault). They got me into a rental and on my way super fast and very friendly! A delightful human named Evan helped me oit when I brought the rental back, he was a delight to deal with!

I was involved in an accident where my vehicle was hit, and Evan went above and beyond to help me out. He took the time to understand my situation and made a real effort to provide a rental vehicle that was as close as possible to what I normally drive. The transition from my Nissan Rogue to a Toyota RAV4 was smooth, and having a comparable vehicle made a big difference—especially since I’m regularly driving my wife and daughter. These guys at Enterprise are top notch. If you need to rent a vehicle and want excellent customer service. I highly recommend using these guys. Nathan at the counter is the most courteous and knowledgeable. He alone deserves a 10/10 rating. The car selection is great and the vehicles are well maintained. I will definitely be a returning customer.

I rented a Nissan Qashqai from Enterprise and paid over $170 for just two days, but the vehicle I received was not maintained at all. The wipers were barely working, which is a serious safety issue—especially in Canadian weather. For the price I paid, I expected a clean, reliable, and properly inspected car. It’s really disappointing that basic maintenance wasn’t done before handing the vehicle over. I hope Enterprise improves their inspection process, because this experience was far below the standard I expected.

Absolutely loved dealing with the employees at Enterprise in Niagara Falls, they were very kind and took care of my needs. I completely recommend dealing with them again! Excellent experience :)
