I appreciated being picked up from my house and to being taken to the dealership at the end of the rental period. The driver was very pleasant, as were the staff at the office. The car was very clean. The whole rental process was quick and efficient .
View on GoogleI was unlucky enough to have my windshield crack while using a rental. This could have been a pre existing crack but even if it wasn’t, the fact the company makes me pay for that is not cool. I didn’t ask to have to use a rental, someone hit my car and I needed a rental to get to work. And now I’m on the hook for 500 bucks. A windshield crack is just unlucky, I don’t think it’s fair to charge me for that. This isn’t a complaint about the service, the employees are just doing their job I just think this is so unfair. A national corporation can handle a few windshield cracks a year a lot easier than I can handle one. And the “coverage” they offered me at the beginning is really predatory, 20 bucks a day! My car has been in the shop since last week Monday, if I had paid that I would’ve already been 140 bucks in the hole, and the odds are more likely that nothing happens to the car. For all the people you scam out of these predatory coverage fees, you’d think you got some extra cash lying around to pay for the windshield. I get it if I was at fault for the damage, but that’s just not the case with a windshield crack.
View on GoogleWhen we took our car in to our dealership for servicing, they rented us a car from Enterprise car rental in Grimsby. What a wonderful experience - The staff were friendly, informative and very accommodating. They treated us very well and the vehicle was a pleasure to drive. My husband and I even enjoyed the service transport to and from the shop and had a great time chatting with Richard, the driver. If you want a place that treats you right, this is the place for you. Highly recommended.
View on GoogleI have used the Grimsby Enterprise branch on several occasions now, and I will keep going back. I think the manager’s name is Brenden, and I want to give him kudos!!. He always goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. As an example, I most recently rented a small SUV, and after bringing it home, I realized there was a small issue with the car’s back up camera. I went back to bring it to his attention (more so because I wanted it noted so I wouldn’t be blamed for it) , and he immediately offered me not only another car, but a free upgrade to a larger vehicle to make up for the inconvenience! I know they can’t always offer this upgrade as a solution, but it was a pleasant surprise, and I truly appreciated his attention to the matter! It is a smaller branch with only 1-2 employees working to serve customers, so at peak times, this means you may need to be patient - But in my experience, they always go out of their way to make the process a positive one, so it is definitely worth the wait. I booked my rental through Costco, which I also highly recommend, as the price is a bit cheaper. Overall, it’s always been a great experience to rent from Grimsby enterprise, and I will continue to use this company for all my rental needs! :)
View on GoogleNo follow up, broken promises. Was not impressed with my overall experience..Was given a crossover SUV, asked for a comparable vehicle to what I drive. Was told they had nothing but would upgrade me. I followed up after 3 days was told by Brandon the manager he would have something for me on Friday. Friday came and went, no call. I followed up Saturday again no returned phone call. Poor management skills. Keep your promise, otherwise don't make a commitment...
