Felt pointless, showed up with no body else in the office. Got looked at like I was an alien then given an appointment nearly 2 weeks away. Could barely understand the receptionist. 10/10 waste of time.

Would give zero starts if possible. My stepson went there for help in finding work as a Heavy Equipment Operator as he just got his certification or for anybody hiring for any blue collar work, as well as for help on his resume. She instead told him he won't like that type of work and to go to university for 4 years to get a government job because he speaks french, completely disregarding any of his concerns. She gave him an email address to send his resume to that should would go over it but the email address was returned as non-existing. Really disappointed that when a young able person comes in looking for work, with a certification, and willing to take any other type of the job in the meantime... and is instead of being helped is told to spend tens of thousands of dollars for university. Absolutely terrible.

Absolutely useless. They constantly fail to contact on missed appointments, no call, no message, no email, nothing. You're better off looking for work on your own than with these guys, because that's what you'll be doing with them regardless. I've been dealing with them for maybe the past 10 years, and while they were just OK (maybe worthy of a 3 star rating back then) many years ago, that's not the case any more. Look elsewhere for assistance, as you won't get it here.

I worked with Fiona at Employment Solutions she found me the job I currently work at and have been her almost 2 yrs and it is the best job I have ever had. I originally used the office at the Seaway Mall, but unfortunately the person I had was much more interested in telling me about the trip to Cuba and other personal stuff rather than finding me work ( I didn't need to hear about a vacation while I was struggling to pay bills). They do great work at the Ontario Rd office. I Highly recommend them. Thank you again Fiona and Mary

Reception very friendly Stood in the place with a blank computers available but I came for help.Seen councillor vented and expressed my concerns ....then appointment over?? She emailed me and convinced me of all these great things she could do for me and with me... So I made another appointment...went in she never did anything we just sat there in office. I think I was looking for guidance some kind of path of resolution for career. Not therapist.
