Heading home from Cleveland Clinic today, after my infusion appointment . We were heading east in the westbound lane of I-90 around 2:40 p.m. There is a merge point where the left lane has to merge into to the right. It is clearly marked, " merge here- take your turn". We had the turn signal on, the cars in front of us all took their turns and the traffic in the right lane took turns allowing cars to merge. Until this Empire driver. Your driver simply refused to allow us in. We eventually ran out of road and had to stop. There is no stop there and your driver could have caused a terrible accident.
