I am new in the Niagara area, and was looking for a decent establishment. As well all know there are a lot of pretends when finding a good barber. So decided to go to Empire Barber shop, met a guy named Caddy. Who was going to cut my hair. Now to be honest I had no idea what I wanted, I did want a fade cut. So without skipping a beat Caddy recommended a certain style. I have to say this guy Caddy was fantastic. Loved the new look. I can’t thank him enough.
