Dont look any further. I called 10 orthotic places for foot care and these are the kings..not only a great helpful receptionist that actually answers questions but they do all the leg work for u and bill directly. They even get doctor prescriptions so u dont have to go and bug your family doctor. Wow impressive and so helpful..I will put another review on the service when I am completed and have my diagnosis and orthotics with shoes so u know how easy hopefully this is. Dont look any further and I will be back with a full review when I am completed and out of my wheelchair finally hopefully. Wish me luck

This is the second year I have been dealing with Elio’s for my orthotics and footwear. I am totally satisfied with the knowledge and customer service of the staff. Mitchell was very thorough with my assessment and took time to explain what he was looking for in my gait and explained things to me in a way I could understand. He took time with me to make sure I had the proper footwear for my orthotics. The front end staff, in particular Krista (? spelling) was very efficient and knowledgeable in dealing with all the paperwork necessary for insurance purposes. I was pleasantly surprised both years that I received a follow up from them by email to make sure I was satisfied and my needs were met. Thank you Elio’s. Highly recommend.
