I just purchased a Swarovski orchid ordiment tonight. They didn't give me the display ordiment, it was one already boxed. They did show me the ordiment but didn't take it out of the box. Once I got home to wrap it for a gift I went to take it out of the box and it was broken. I called the store, which was a challenge as well. Multiple phone numbers to go through. To be told that it wasn't broken at the store and it was a final sale and i would have to wait until Tuesday to discuss with a manger. I needed the gift for tomorrow. This was not a cheap purchase. Considering this is an authorized Swarovski supplier I will be reaching out to Swarovski to discuss this with them. Do not purchase from this store!!!

Don't go here , I just bought my husband gold earrings here for anXmas gift on Dec 24th. On Dec 26th he was putting the earings in and the crystal came right off. He took the other earing out to put it back in the box and dropped it not even 2 feet onto our dresser and the other crystal came out of the other earing. So upset, these earing were not cheap. So disappointing, I had 10.00 earing last longer than these did
