I've been visiting Johnny & Briar for a few months now & they always do a tremendous job. Could not be happier =) I go to Briar for lashes & brows, she is amazing, we love her. Does a fab job. If you need lashes or brows, she's your girl! hehe. We have easy relaxed conversations & I always look like a million bucks when I walk out. Johnny, I go to for electrolysis & he's a sweetheart. Extremely knowledgeable, always willing to share that knowledge & experience with you, couldn't ask for better customer service or quality of work. We've made great progress with him & have even decided to get our 1st tattoo ever here! So we definitely trust Johnny & we think you should too! =) A very LGBTQ friendly business, with relaxed happy people that have a wealth of experience & skill to help you become your favourite version of yourself. 10/10 would visit again. We were looking for a place that could pierce our baby girl’s ears with a needle, as so many places like Visage etc say they use a needle, but actually use a gun. I was so pleased to learn Elan Vitale ACTUALLY used needles. I’m a nurse, so infection control is a big thing for me, and Jonny was so good at easing any concerns by showing me how the equipment is packaged and disposed of after each client. He had such a “chill” vibe, which is perfect for anyone who may be nervous with piercings, and he was SO patient with ensuring our girl was relaxed before proceeding. I definitely recommend EV and Jonny for piercings.

I have been going to Elan Vitale for years now and have gotten several different types of treatment from Electrolysis, Daith piercing, lash lift and tint, Wax, etc... I would recommend this Spa to anyone who is looking for one. I have never had a bad experience here and walking into the spa is always a nice atmosphere. I have currently been seeing Whitney for my treatments and if you are looking for an Aesthetician to take care of you, she is great! Very particular, takes her time, pays attention to detail, perfectionist. Love her!

I am absolutely thrilled with my experience at this salon! My jaw literally dropped when I saw my hair. I’m beyond happy with the results. I traveled all the way from Toronto to visit Elan Vitale after seeing their Instagram, and it was definitely worth it. My hair looks incredible, and the entire experience was fabulous. I’ve never had so much fun at a salon before! My stylist, Briar, was so kind and did an amazing job. She truly knew her stuff and made my hair look perfect. It feels so healthy! I highly recommend this salon, if I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would! ✨🌟

I contacted Elan Vitale about a piercing I got while I was overseas that seemed to be infected. They promptly booked me an appointment based on both our schedules. I got in and saw John who was just absolutely lovely. He was very informative, gentle, gave me lots of options when switching out jewelry and even discussed future jewelry/piercings. Also his artwork for tattoos looked so cool! I would definitely consider going to him for a tattoo as well. I also saw Trina for a consultation for body contouring and laser hair removal. She was super professional, kind, informative, gave pricing options and set up for next steps! Would definitely go back to explore other services!
