We gave it a shot. The establishment was not very busy.... We wait 45 mins for 2 breakfast meals. The couple in the booth beside us must have waited forever too because when they got their meal the lady said " I hope the wait was worth it " Our server Jennifer was kind but unfortunately there is not reason to wait that long for a breakfast meal for 2. While waiting ,I looked up the reviews and it seems like alot of people said the same thing.

Definitely a very good place to visit for breakfast options They did have lunch options as well, but we did not try that we only tried the breakfast options We got a scramble and Avocado Eggs Benny Worth the money you would spend here Our server was also very delightful and prompt We will definitely go there again

Recently had a very unpleasant experience at Eggsmart.260 Geneva St St. Catharines ON L2N 2E8 Canada Very dirty with many tables not cleaned . We were sat next to a booth where our server was stock piling all the dirty plates from previous customers. We asked for a refill of coffee 3 times . We never did get it after waiting 15 minutes . When server did eventually come we declined the coffee and simply asked for our bill and left .

If there is one word to describe this experience, it would be worse than just ‘terrible.’ We arrived at 8:45 AM and waited more than 40 minutes, yet our food still didn’t come out. When I checked with the server, they gave the excuse that our food was ‘almost ready,’ even though we had already waited over 40 minutes. A family that arrived 15 minutes after us even got their food before we did. What kind of service is this? As for the kitchen staff, I don’t think they have any passion for their job. The way they work is worse than when my grandmother cooks — everything is extremely slow. The servers kept walking around pretending to be busy even though the restaurant still had plenty of empty seats. When I ordered, I asked for extra peameal bacon, but since I had to go to work, I requested a takeout box. What made me even more upset was that the kitchen only gave me one slice of peameal bacon, but on the bill they charged me an extra $5. And on top of that, they didn’t even give me cutlery for my takeout. I genuinely cannot recommend this place to anyone. It’s truly not worth spending your money just to receive service that’s even worse than Tim Hortons. This restaurant is worse than anything I could have imagined

I came in Tuesday morning for breakfast. I didn’t even know this place was open I always drive by it but it looks like it’s being renovated. I had a pleasant experience the waitress was extremely friendly. The food was pretty good. I would come back for another breakfast.
