Service was helpful as I was sable to get in that day without an appointment and was unable to replace the battery myself as I was recovering from surgery. Was not impressed by the length of time they charged me for or the shop rate. 1 hour to change a 12v battery that I know can be done quicker, and apparently there is a way to reset the BMS without a computer that the techs did not know. For the shop rate I will not be returning unless it is an emergency.
View on GoogleVery terrible experience with ed learn ford , be very careful buying anything from here. My story is i was considering buying a 2017 mustang gt put a deposit down but couldn't come to an agreement on trade in value of my vehicle , so I backed out and got my deposit refunded. They contacted me days later and the sales manager wanted to know what happened with the sale ??? I said I would of liked a better trade in value for my vehicle .... so they increased my trade in value and we made an appointment for January 24th to look at the mustang and test drive and to look at my trade in etc with a bad snow storm happening early that week was reasoning the Saturday appointment. Then Friday January 23rd get a text saying sorry the mustang was sold ..... the sales guy never asked for another deposit where I would of gladly left one,I thought this was a done deal I guess not... then I get a reply a couple days after feeling embarrassed and the car for in fact didn't sell cause the person they supposedly ended up selling the mustang to couldn't get insurance for the mustang ??? .... I was very leery moving forward after that being quite upset about it all..... I did put another deposit down cause I really wanted this mustang but despite the way I was treated in the first place and not asking me to re firm up again before selling to the other purchaser and leery about the whole situation I backed out again..... then come to thrursday February 5th i seen the mustang for sale on there website for a couple days with a price drop of around $3800 ..... which intrigued me again seeing i wanted this mustang .... I contacted the sales person and saying I see you dropped the price on the mustang and received a reply yes we did! Then sometime after that reply oh it was mistake etc the price is fact is incorrect ..... after saying yes they dropped the price ..... the sales manager Andrew Martin then talked to me it was a mistake it happened to all vehicles etc but I wanted to come in again and actually test drive the mustang and said mistakes happen i know , but I'd like them to still uphold the original price we came too originally and basically it would be a done deal no more games ..... then get a reply back again the car has been sold in fact that Thursday February 5th .... more games... so I was in the area on Saturday February 7th and in fact the mustang is still on the lot with a for sale sign in the window and the car has snow around it with sign of no movement through the snow ??? Clearly the car is still available .... I have no clue what i deserved to be treated this way and the games that this dealer plays is down right low and I would highly recommend not giving this dealer any business or if you do purchase from here watch pricing and final bill etc I'm very very disappointed and still in awe about this whole situation ..... and such a reputable dealer with a rating it has is sad and I'm very disappointed in Andrew Martin a sales manager??? As you can see in the texts , he personally didn't help or do anything to make this deal right ... Stay away please
View on GoogleAmazing staff and team ! Financial associate Katie and manager Jacen were absolutely amazing. I can’t thank them enough for everything they did for us! We live our 2024 edge. Perfect all around !
View on GoogleSo, I was at the end of a 5-year lease with a Honda Civic. I was never happy with that car and never should’ve left Ed Learn Ford. I thought Honda’s technology would be amazing, but it was not. I missed Ford’s technology in a big way. I nearly forgot how amazing the customer service and staff are at Ed Learn Ford. I no longer feel like just another number. On top of that, I get to have my car serviced by the BEST Service Advisor in Niagara, Jake Bijakowski. I will never leave the fold again. I strayed and I regretted it. I know dealerships get a bad reputation, but this one is worth the visit. Whether you’re in the market for something new or used, go see Andrew Martin, A.J. Langendoen, and the rest of the amazing team there. You will not regret it. I absolutely love my Bronco Sport!!!!
View on GoogleBest experience I’ve had with a dealership. Saw a very fair price for a well taken care of truck. Steve and Rob did an excellent job and didn’t push me on anything I didn’t want. Truck was perfect when I came to pick it up and they got everything done in a timely manner. Thank you! (Update) I was having a minor issue with my new truck clunking. Ed learn has gone above and beyond to work with me and solve this issue. Thank you! (Update 2) pretty disappointing spoke to the mechanic and we agreed it was most likely the control arms making the clunking noise. Ed learn knew this and did the bare minimum to get me out the door and did not correct the issues. The truck still clunks after I just spent 35k on it. Disappointing to say the least.
