Eclipse

These 2 ladies helped me find a dress for my daughter today (Feb 11) at around 4pm. Absolutely amazing customer service! They were full of knowledge, patientience, and had amazing energy. They even picked out the dress my daughter wanted to buy. They were awesome!

I went to eclipse today and the customer service was amazing! The manager Yanique was helping me and my friend find clothes and she took her time to find what looked hot and what she could tell we liked. The other employee I encountered, ash, was doing the same for another girl, finding what complimented her skin, etc. Overall it was a great environment with merchandise I really liked!

Very slimy here sold me clothing that is only hand. Washable told me there’s no refunds whatsoever items were not on sale full price and after trying to check out, she tries to get me to look around the store for more items which I found very unprofessional and rude as not, everybody is here to buy a whole new wardrobe, as well as asking for my email and not telling me that they we’re signing me up for emails from their company. I did not agree to that. They did not ask me. They just took my email and now I’m getting a whole bunch of emails from them. Definitely not going back here!

Ylva was my helper and being a customer with her working was amazing. She was the kindest clothing store helper i have ever met. Would highly recommend! If you ever have a bad experience with eclipse, then i am so sorry you didnt have Ylva

This store is amazing. I came in to buy a dress for someone's wedding and the ladies who were working (unfortunately I do not remember their names :( ... ) were an amazing help. They offered to take my dresses to the dressing rooms for me, grabbed me different items they thought would look nice on me in my size and even helped me decide which dress I liked. This was a 10/10 experience as they were so kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend shopping here and I would love to come again!
