We have used eBase for decades and are truly happy with the many modules that are available to us as a complete CMMS. The work order module allows for complete tracking from start to finish and unlimited sorting features. The project tracking module is very useful in storing related project documents, invoices etc. My favourite is the document module it allows me easy access to architectural drawings and floor/site plans. The reporting features and key performance metrics is very helpful for analysing the state of affairs in your maintenance department. eBASE’s customer service team is always there to help you thru a request or a tweak to the system . I would recommend that anyone looking for a CMMS system to seriously consider this system.

DPCDSB has been with eBase for a few years already and has invested in a many of the modules available. I currently use Work orders, Documents and Logs modules which assist in bringing things together under one platform. DPCDSB also uses the Community use of Schools module which is user friendly and liked by the majority. Inspections and Fleet are in the process of being implemented and appear to be moving along nicely. Staff are always there to help and assist with any challenges that arise. I find the service very consistent from staff member to staff member. I would recommend this software as it is a great tool which has increased our accountability and transparency.

eBase software is great, and the support is even better. We have been using eBase software for over a decade. It transformed our Facilities Operations. We use it to manage our space rentals, maintenance work, asset tracking, custodial operations, and capital project tracking. The system can also be scaled to suit the resources you have available. eBase staff have a wealth of experience working with clients to implement the modules at the pace they are comfortable with. We are very satisfied with the system and would highly recommend it.
