Thanks Mark. Always a great time. The store looks super, and you are always friendly. You always attend to myself and family whenever we are in no matter how busy you are.And yes, I'll bring Pokemon cards to trade in next time. D
View on GoogleThis GameStop at Quinte Mall is the same one I grew up visiting, so it was really nice to be back. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and they went out of their way to help me track down a specific Funko Pop I was looking for. The whole interaction was great and genuinely welcoming. Awesome experience all around—still my go-to GameStop.
View on GoogleI’ve had a great experience with Ryan when I have questions he looks and figure where I can get it or not. At EB Games Mark help me out a great deal when I bought my PS5. I asked them if they can just hold it for me after I paid for it already. I just pick it up later that day. He said that was fine. It was a great deal cause I had to go to work.
View on GoogleThe folks at this location are always helpful when I need to preorder any collectibles, and are great at letting me know when my items are in stock. I appreciate the dedicated customer service - Ryan especially will go above and beyond to make sure I don’t miss out on any of the items I want. The store is always very tidy, and although it’s not the biggest space it has a lot of variety packed in there! Would love to see this location expand to a larger space and get in even more games and collectibles!!
View on GoogleThis location practices poor customer service. I’ve tested this out a few times here particularly after receiving bad service, I wanted to see if it was a regular thing here. I’m a middle aged man, I enjoy gaming and so do my kids. EVERY TIME I have walked into this store I am not greeted. Employee literally keeps talking with the other employee or keeps their head down at the desk playing with Pokemon cards. Last time I came in to look at series x games (they basically had none) and I walked in and looked at the clerk and I greeted him, he looked and sounded utterly shocked. I then struck up a conversation with him about the importance of a good customer experience and how acknowledging customers plays into that. I assume I was speaking to the manager because he was even older than me (I’m almost 40). He just nodded along and gave me the shortest word responses imaginable. No wonder this company has had flip flop rebranding and has shown poor growth. Your employees don’t care about customers!!! I’d rather buy from a faceless online shop than take the time to go all the way to the mall to give eb games my business just to be ignored. 0 stars
