I had a fantastic experience at the Easy Financial Fort Erie branch! Alexis and Cathy were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were not only extremely helpful but also incredibly kind throughout the entire process. Their professionalism and genuine care made everything so much easier for me. Worst place ever don’t get a loan with them. I have got a loan and I made every single payment on time. I recently got a new job and asked them to schedule my payments bi weekly instead of semi monthly and they agreed. My new payment came out but then they also took another one out a week later which wasn’t authorized. This causing me an NSF charge. When I tried to contact them they told me they accidentally changed my payments to weekly instead of bi weekly. They then told me they can defer my payment which will cause me extra fee and interest which I don’t think this is fair. 2 days after the NSF I get threatening emails and calls saying they will put me in the credit bureau after the payment they took was not authorized and a mistake they made. Now they are trying to tell me they can’t change my original contract but they didn’t have a problem changing my payments to weekly lol, I also asked to have my payments increased so I can pay them off faster. They don’t allow that because they want you in debt to them with interest for the rest of your life. Now I’m scared because I have no clue when they will steal money out of my account as they aren’t confirming any dates with me. They are rude and condescending and have terrible customer service. They are making thousands off me and treat me badly as a client. I have made every payment on time and all I wanted was to make sure their payments came out on my payday and this is what I get for being a loyal paying client. I would not recommend this place to anyone I will be contacting my lawyer. One lady told me that she would adjust my account payments then the next day was rude and wouldn’t help me. All because I dont agree to getting charged referral fees for their mistake. Beware!!!!!! Read all reviews they have from everywhere.
