The staff is always so helpful and friendly! They are always willing to do what they can to help, I can't stress enough how much I love this pharmacy!

I switched to this pharmacy a few months ago. I got frustrated with repeat problems with my 20+ yr pharmacy. First visit there the pharmacist had no problem filling my script. My pharmacy never kept my medication in stock and would be ordered for the following day. The hours were horrible for my schedule and only 1 dude was nice any other time it was awkward. I asked this pharmacy to get my scripts switched over to them and have been using them since. Its been a great switch and I wish I had done it sooner. They are always kind, the pharmacists talk to me each visit and answer any questions without judgement or pressure. They joke and have fun. My old pharmacist seemed to not be there at times or was inconvenienced to have to answer questions. If you asked medication questions he would get an attitude that came off as "take it and shut up". This place doesn't make me feel like that. I love how they label information on bottles and sign-off checks on the bottles via initials for double check medications. I love that they log medications as increased or decreased or pt does not take. Seeing that I feel more taken care of, they are aware and on top of changes or work to prevent any problems with clear information.

After having a great experience here once, I decided to use this pharmacy for everything. Today I was reminded why I chose this pharmacy : I've recieved thorough and exceptionally helpful care here. The pharmacist noticed that the medication didn't necessarily fit the symptom, learned that I was worried my doctor didn't pay enough attention to find the root cause of my issue, and then spent time with me running through potential causes. After such a validating and helpful conversation, she was able to give me a time frame for when this medication should work, and when to ask for a second opinion. Having a medical professional I feel I can trust, even at this point in the process, is worth more than I can measure. She made me feel comfortable, heard, and safe in their hands. Thank you!
