I would give them 10 stars if I could I was terrified, complete phobia of going to the dentist, it started as a very young child. I found East Main Dental decades later. I am no longer that way. I wish Dr. Tony Cianfarani was my dentist from day one. I don’t think you can get a better and more compassionate dentist. All the staff wonderful, the hygienists are amazing

Dr. Tony is excellent, very thorough in his work came here for consult when my dentist of 40yrs couldn't figure my tooth pain. He suspected the origin of my pain and was finally able to give me some relief and I have been here ever since. State of the art dentistry, things my other dentist never even did in my dental care. Very impressive dental care.
