Medi Clinic

They used to be awesome, fast, friendly, and got me on my way without a hitch. I've called and called, even at odd times when they are closed before and after their hours and still get the same message. I understand everyone is sick but there is something odd about the busy message while they are technically closed. EDIT: Accurately review bombed so bad they moved the address to Hamilton, Ontario and yet they are still on Main st, Moncton NB.

Receptionist wasn't so bad but I am not even sure if the doctor stayed with for a whole minute for symptoms as fever and congestion. He said "looks like the flu. You should've get the shot". He said it should get better in a couple of days and no suggestion or prescription. That's fine, but two days later I am back and now another doctor said "ear infection in both ears" and I have antibiotics. Still have a fever all day, can't hear a thing, and cannot get enough rest. I'm a bit worried. Don't they care anymore?

Went in as I have been very sick for a month. Can't hardly breath, abd constantly coughing. Probably sever asthma, and I haven't got my puffers. Receptionists asked me where I work. She told me I need to get workers compensation papers. She is not a doctor so not sure who she thinks she is. I said I'm not asking for workers anything I need help. She said no. What good are these places?

Extremely upset by this clinic, was refused medical attention while having an urgent medical emergency. The receptionist did not offer any assistance or try to help in the least bit. That is the clinic I have used the last three times I needed help, but yet she said I am not found in her system. She then advised me that the pharmacy could prescribe me the recent medication I was prescribed FROM that office - and the pharmacy said the pharmacist was not licenced to do so. So I went home still urgently needing medical attention, as the hospitals advised me that I was not considered an emergency /priority. When I called 811 they advised me to go to the the emergency immediately. Very very very upset, and a bit distraught :'(

Unfortunately it's not one of the better clinics. You really have to be careful what you say to the secretary because she's looking for specific words to send you to the emergency room instead of taking care of you There are many good doctors but the one I had today had little sympathy or compassion. Didn't seem knowledgeable and send me home with as much information as I had going there. I'll have to go to another clinic again ... no one has time for all this running around save yourself the time and go somewhere else.
