Excellent service from Rob and the team at E-Tech. I use E-Tech for both business help desk support and have recently used them for a personal transaction. From a business support perspective, the team are efficient, knowledgeable and responsive providing clear communication throughout their period of assistance. As a ‘user’ it is always clear what is happening and who is dealing with your fault. From a personal perspective, E-Tech identified what equipment would provide the functionality I needed and sold me the most cost effective solution within my budget rather that selling me most expensive solution like most high street stores.
