Not sure why the tall redhead lady (employee) thought it was ok to lean down and look completely in my bag from another store…as if I was stealing? It’s a mall what do you expect, seriously. Disrespectful in my opinion, as a retail worker myself in fact. Then went to try something on. Security was then there for some unjustified reason, to my knowledge, and I just felt very uncomfortable the whole time. Such behaviour not only undermines customer trust, but also reflects a lack of professionalism and respect for individual rights.

Terrible service. My daughter went to return a dress never warn, had receipt, and tag still on the dress. The lady said is was “not sellable” as she pointed out details my daughter and I had never even seen on the dress prior to buying it. She made us feel un welcomed and talked down to us as if we didn’t belong. As working in a profession involving customer service it was disappointing hearing how an employee treated my daughter.

I had the WORST experience here. I had a dress, never worn, tags on, still had the receipt and EVERYTHING. They said i could not return the item because there were apparently a maybe 2 “sparkles” on it so they could “no longer sell it”… This dress had been in the same bag that i bought it in and clearly had never worn it… While this store has clothing items with stains, armpit stains, holes, and rips on display. Terrible customer service and didn’t even offer me another option or a gift card because i apparently could not return it.. Don’t waste your time here. never thought i would meet a customer service KAREENNNNN
