Update - March 6 After reading Michael's response and speaking with him directly, I want to walk back my original review. I was wrong, Dyaco Canada was actively supporting my retailer behind the scenes throughout the entire process, and I simply wasn't aware of it. Their approach is to work through the retailer rather than directly with the end customer, which is completely reasonable. I'm upgrading my rating from 1 star to 4. The product didn't work out for me, but that's on the machine, not on Dyaco's customer service. Credit where it's due. We are going to try another one, and if that works out, I will upgrade this to a 5/5. Initial Review - March 5 I purchased a Spirit Fitness CE850 Elliptical through an authorized retailer, and the machine had problems from day one. My retailer, to their enormous credit, bent over backwards to make it right, sending technicians multiple times and replacing parts. In the end, they refunded me in full without question. Dyaco Canada (Spirit Fitness)? Silent. Nearly a month later and not a single call, email.... If a manufacturer won't communicate, that tells you everything you need to know before buying.

I bought a brand new SRW-250 water rowing machine from Dyaco through SVP Sports and it started leaking 3 days after purchase. They refused to honor the warranty and wanted me to pay for overpriced parts. Horrible quality products and then horrible business practices on top. The reason given was the retailer I bought it for was liquidating the products - which was given to them by Dyaco. The booklet clearly mentions 3 year warranty on parts - image attached. Brand new product by the way (3 days old). Save your money and go spend with an organization that isn't scamming their own customers. Email from their customer service: "Sorry, you do not have any parts warranty. The cost for the tank replacement part # 630325011 is 188.00 + 30.00 shipping + taxes. Thank you, Carole Harlock"

The quality of their elliptical in Canada is horrible. And so is their customer service. They claim to have lifetime warranty for the frame -but say warranty doesn't cover this or that. Always excuses. I have another sole elliptical in parents house in another country that has been running well for over 10 years - mine however has rust on each and every part. And none of the other metal products in my house have any corrosion. But they claim this is due to excessive moisture and won't be part of the warranty- i am not taking buckets of water and pouring it on the elliptical. I would say spend more if you have to, but purchase from elsewhere. I have had parts breakdown and was happy to pay for them - but was shocked they refused to replace rusted frame even though they claim lifetime warranty.

Rating: ⭐️ I had high hopes for the FB360 Folding Indoor Bike when we purchased it less than a year ago, but my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The right pedal of the bike fell off unexpectedly, causing a significant safety hazard, not to mention the inconvenience it has caused. What's worse, this issue resulted in metal dust accumulation, which only added to the mess and frustration. It's unacceptable that a product marketed for indoor use and fitness would exhibit such a serious flaw in less than a year of regular use. I cannot in good conscience recommend the FB360 Folding Indoor Bike to anyone, given the safety and quality concerns I've encountered. Buyer beware - you might end up with a defective product and a very frustrating experience trying to resolve it. Save yourself the trouble and consider other options for your indoor fitness needs.

The only reason there is one star - They make it very easy to place an order for the Sole E95 elliptical which I suppose is great. When it came time for delivery they only sent one man who was not able to get even onto the front porch which is 2 half height wide steps. My teenage daughter who has health challenges helped the delivery man to get it partially undercover of the front porch. I called to complain and they sent out another 2 men later that day, who also could not get it in the house through a very wide front door to the wide open hall. My daughter told me that they tipped it and rolled it, tipped it and rolled it. I went to open this unit today and to my dismay saw that it was a previously opened unit that had been re taped. The box had clearly been cut. I am very discouraged by this experience that a company can think this is ok. It is simply shameful behavior and poor customer service. I have sent them an email and will wait a reply. Meanwhile, my excitement to start my health and fitness plan has taken a good shot of discouragement.
