Horrible experience. Paid cash for our purchase because they have a 3% surcharge if paying by credit. Was not told only 30 days to make a return and when making a return that you would not get cash or credit back to your debit card immediately, but rather would have to wait for the following day to be issued a cheque. If they did without cheques they wouldn't have to charge customers 3% surcharge to pay. Also charged us over $50.00 restocking fee when the invoice was less than $300.00. Not easily accessible either, as no automatic door available. Picture a women walking in with two large boxes and having to pull the door open as no automatic door button available only to be told returns are done next door, (no signage) and then get told by the employee that they are busy right now but set the stuff down and they will be with me when they can. Then notes the items of return on a paper and doesn't want to given me a copy..Also closed all last week for vacation drove to Welland twice to make this return and was charged over $50.00 restocking fee and wanted to make me return the following day to pick up a cheque for the return or they could mail it. Went here to stay away from Big Box store and ended up being way more inconvenient and more expensive. I will NEVER go back to Dunrite.

Absolute garbage company. First time ordering from them back in March they charged me a double delivery fee for being 30 minute drive from warehouse. Wouldn’t have minded other than the delivery was missing majority of the hardware and when I called to inquire they basically blamed it on me without any care in the world. Secondly today I placed an order for nearly $5000 where they wanted to charge $70 to deliver less than 5 minutes from the shop. Reason why was because I didn’t specifically order over 100 feet of trough, guy behind the counter was an absolute miserable human being who couldn’t even be bothered to ask his superior whether he could waive the delivery fee considering the $5000 order. Needless to say I canceled the order and will find a company who seems at least half appreciative of their customers. Wish I could give them a zero.

Good selection of vinyl siding and colour choices with knowledable staff and fair prices. Marc took his time explaining to me options and even asked about if we had j boxes for pipes and electrical outlets in same colour as our siding. I did not even think of these small but very important parts of a finished professional look.

Very comforting when you can walk into a place not knowing what you're talking about and the guys at the counter make you feel like you're right at home! They treated my small order like I was spending $100,000. Thank you very much will definitely do business again.
