I’ve been a loyal customer of Dumont for over 4 years—this is my 5th year, and I even paid upfront. But the level of after-sales service has gone downhill fast. Every little thing you need—no matter how minor—comes with an $80–$90 charge, even for something as simple as installing a battery that takes 5 minutes and costs under $40. That’s not customer service; that’s taking advantage. There’s no appreciation for loyalty, no flexibility, and definitely no priority treatment. I’ve finally decided to upgrade to Bell once this term ends. Enough is enough. If you value after-sales support, think twice.

They go out of their way to make sure that your specific needs are met and that you are completely satisfied. When it comes to customer service, you could not get any better as far as I am concerned.
