Dulux Paints

I was looking for a particular paint that I couldn’t find. Lo and behold they had it!!!

Update your hours to be accurate. I visited the store on Boxing Day. Google said you were open, but you were not. What a waste of time.

I went to buy paint for my backyard and I received a excellent customer service by Laura. Im not expert to painting so she guided me with what I needed and how to use it. And another really good thing, they are 2x1 !!

I received polite service from the associate. He helped me pick out a paint color and followed up on some questions I had about returned wallpaper. He just seems like he would have preferred to be elsewhere. I would go back to this location.

June.10 2024 @2:50 PM. So, I called this store looking for information about Epoxy basement wall paint. The first man that answered was quite direct on the phone, did not know anything about what I was talking about, and asked me if I had an account with the store, I guess before he would give me any information. He actually seemed to not know anything about my simple questions. As a store selling these products, staff should reasonably have product knowledge. Anyway, I asked to speak to someone else who might know about what I wanted, so the man put me over to his manager. Well, this lady didn't know anymore than the first man. How the hell does this place stay in business? I was polite on the phone but I had to nicely end the conversation as I was asked again if I had an account there---because I guess you can only purchase at this store if you have an account??? I.D.K.? Anyway, I WOULD NOT purchase anything from this business after what I experienced during my phone call. No-one there knows anything--or they won't tell you unless you have an account with them. I have run numerous businesses with hundreds of employees over the years and Dulux needs to properly train their staff because if the two I encountered today were under my employ--they'd be out the door pronto. There's no excuse for what I experienced today. I suggest potential shoppers to avoid this place like the plague. Thanks.
