DrugSmart Pharmacy @ Brock University

I’ve been going to this pharmacy for the last 6 years. The previous pharmacist Farid was incredible and I’ll absolutely miss him, but the new pharmacist B has fit in very well in his place. I now mostly communicate with the staff, specifically Lindsay and Shamae, and they’re all very knowledgeable, reliable and kind. As a regular, they know me by name even though I don’t go to the pharmacy in person anymore. They reliably send me my medications every week to wherever I am in Ontario, they contact me immediately for all concerns regarding my medications, giving me plenty of time to get it sorted before I run out, and have even sent me a holiday card! I’ve become very comfortable here that even as a Brock graduate I haven’t gone anywhere else. They are especially accommodating and ensure I’m fully covered and don’t pay any extra fees as I’ve had happen at other pharmacies I’ve dealt with previously. 100% recommend this pharmacy to everyone in the Brock area!

The pharmacist and the rest of the team are always helpful and prompt in answering any of my inquiries. They are always pleasant. I would definitely recommend as a Brock student to take advantage of the better insurance coverage as well working directly with a DrugSmart pharmacy right on campus.

I have been going to this pharmacy for the past two years, and the service has consistently been outstanding. The staff, especially Dr. Farid, are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and reliable. They always greet you with welcoming, energetic behavior and take the time to thoroughly explain everything. After each visit, I leave feeling hopeful and reassured about my health. Prescription refills are processed quickly, and I’ve never had to wait long. In addition, they ensure we get the most out of our student insurance. I highly recommend this pharmacy to all my friends.
