Dropped off my yoke and driveshaft flange at 11 on a Thursday, got a call at 9am the next day to say it was finished. I picked it up and it was flawless. Perfect welds, no binding of the U-joints. Very reasonably priced as well.

Not a very good experience at all. Firstly was mixed up with another customer, shows great organization skills. Second i had to source and supply my own part for them to install because they didn’t have it in stock and told me minimum 5 days for it unless i paid a crazy amount for next day shipping via air. meanwhile i was told they had the part a few days prior.. found lots of dirt and debris inside the centre slip yoke for the 2 piece driveshaft that was not there when i removed the shaft the day prior.

After a miscommunication with the transmission shop they accidentally made my drive train to short... This caused me much aggravation, but they fixed the error free of charge. I returned later with a different truck. It had a bad U-joint. They fixed the issue that day for a reasonable price.

These guys are were so helpful and accommodating! They had me come in the shop with little notice. My truck was put on the hoist to diagnose the problem. They made the repair and had me back on the road within an hour. The staff is very knowledgeable and explained everything to me as to what and why they were doing it. They even advised me on possible future repairs where they noticed excessive play in my front differential.

On very short notice, my drivetrain issues were diagnosed accurately and repaired quickly to get me on my way. Justin was very accommodating and fit me in that day, squeezing the repair in between other jobs. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and the price was very fair. My mechanic recommended Niagara Drivetrain and so do I.
