Most detailed eye exam I have ever had Went over results with me as well!! Staff were so courteous and very helpful would recommend for sure !!!

My husband I had our first visit with Dr Tan. We had a wonderful experience. All the staff were so pleasant and made you feel welcome. Sandie greeted us and took our information then did the initial exam and was so good explaining what was happening and next I saw Dr Tan . It was the most thorough exam my husband and I have ever had and she took her time explaining everything she was doing and why and never rushed the appointments. I needed new glasses and was explained what was happening and why the change which made sense to me. After seeing Dr Tan I saw Laura for new glasses. She was very helpful and I was so surprised at how reasonable the price was I order the two pairs of glasses . One for driving and one for reading. There was a very good variety to choose from. The receptionist Kelly was very helpful and also pleasant. Great staff and Dr and my husband and I forward to our next appointment. Liz and Norm

After ten years without checking my eyes one day I felt my right eyesight acting up. After a quick trip to a walk-in clinic they suggested I see an optometrist. I phoned Dr Tan at 9. Am and she was able to fit me in for 11:30 To my surprise she stated I had a detached retina. She immediately got me a referral to Hamilton where I had surgery the next day! She. Did my follow up and later also referred me for Cataract surgery as well. I believe if she did not help me when she did I would be blind in one eye! She was very helpful during my time in need and I would definitely recommend her and her staff! Thanks Dr Tan. As a side note everyone get your eyes checked regularly!

Been going here 10+ years. Dr Hennig was a great doctor, and I wish him well in retirement. Had my first appointment today with Dr. Tan and found her and her staff to be professional, and friendly, ready to answer any questions. Dr Tan was super thorough in her examination and willing to explain exactly what she was doing, very much the same way Dr Hennig did.

I’ve had a couple appointments now with Dr. Tan & I couldn’t be more impressed with the amazing service. She is very kind & approachable. I had many questions, as I have never had contacts before & she was more than happy to answer everything for me. Laura was also an amazing & patient teacher during the training process. I was nervous & she put my mind at ease. Sandi made me laugh & was very informative while doing all my tests. She explained every machine she was going to use before doing it. Overall, the entire staff is very friendly & makes every visit a great experience.
