Their billing practices need to be looked into. My husband and I were scheduled for our cleaning. I questioned why our bills were so high and that everything was charged as scaling (the most expensive service). I had 15 mins of health updates, 15 mins of gum measuring and 15 mins of polishing, yet I was charged 5 units of scaling when there were only 3 units done. I was told rudely that we were booked in as a "scaling appointment" so everything that is done is charged as scaling? I asked why it was scheduled as a scaling appointment when I booked a cleaning appointment. No answer given. I didn't even know there was such a thing as a "scaling appointment". Scaling is automatically part of a cleaning appointment. I have questioned this with numerous other dentists and they had not heard of the practice. I have a call into the College as well to verify this.

No complaints! Have been seeing Dr. Chow for 25+ years, it's always been a great experience the staff is absolutely amazing! My daughter has been seeing him for 10+ years and never a problem

I have been going to Dr Chow for many years and he is very patient, caring and EXCELLENT! I also had to take my mom who suffered from dementia and he and his team were very caring and patient. Not sure about the review talking about her child, but knowing Dr Chow and how kind and patient he is, I would bet that the child was extremely difficult.

Terrible place to get work done, the man has absolutely no patience with children.
